Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 17 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 17 Relating to the Alaska-Yukon Intergovernmental Relations Accord, to annual legislative exchanges, and to continuing intergovernmental work on matters of joint concern and mutual interest, pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: SJR 17 Third Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 18 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Bunde, Cowdery, Dyson, Elton, French, Green, Guess, Hoffman, Lincoln, Ogan, Olson, Seekins, Stevens B, Stevens G, Taylor, Therriault, Wagoner, Wilken Excused: Davis Absent: Ellis and so, SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 17 passed the Senate Senators Dyson, Seekins, Wagoner, Lincoln, Elton, Ellis, Ben Stevens, Ogan, Cowdery, Taylor, moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cosponsors on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 17 was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
